Hi All!!!! It's a very exciting time for all of use here at the Red Balloon. We are pleased to announce that we are now open in Mashpee Commons. This weekend we will hold a very special grand opening celebration. There will be face painting, giveaways, crafts and more!!!! I'm very excited about it all. The celebration will be held on Saturday May 28th, so be sure to join us! Last week, we shot our BRAND NEW commercial!!! I met a very fun little girl while shooting our commercial! It was so fun! Hello All! Happy Holidays! I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I have to tell you Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because my entire family comes to visit me and I often get a taste of the big meal itself! We had a fabulous Thanksgiving weekend this year at the Red Balloon. Friday, November 26th, marked Santa's arrival and boy was it a good time! Santa met with children of all ages! I even got to say a quick hello and ask him for a couple of surprises for Christmas! I'm really hoping for a new bed this year!!!!!! The Red Balloon is more than ready for the holidays this year. We're jam-packed with the hottest toys and coolest games. I'm particularly enamored with the Harry Potter Lego, Scrabble Flash, Zoobles and some brand new charms from High Intencity!!!! If you're in the mood for a little holiday cheer, the Red Balloon is decked to the nines! Be sure to keep your eyes open for Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and the Grinch!!!! It's hard to believe that summer 2010 is behind us! It seems like the 4th of July was yesterday! I can't believe it's already Labor Day Weekend!!! Lucky for us, there weather is still great on the Cape. The kids might be back at school, but there's still plenty of time for the beach!

We want to thank everyone who came out to the Orleans 4th of July Parade! There was quite a crowd covering the parade route. If you didn't see our float, I'm posting a picture for all to see. Our little Calico Critter cat enjoyed the ride in the back of the truck with her giraffe friends, Elmo and the Sock Monkeys! It was quite an event!

It's almost summer vacation for all the kiddies out there! Summer is my favorite time of year!!! I enjoy the relaxation, beach time and lots and lots of swimming!!!!! What's your favorite summertime activity?

Is the Cape Cod wind a -blowing out there???? We have a fabulous collection of Premier Kites. Let me tell you from experience, these are the easiest kites to fly!!!! You'll have tons of fun at the beach watching them way up in the sky.
Are you in the mood for something a bit more athletic? Have you ever tried the Djubi? This game is super cool! It's a bit like lacrosse, but without the long stick. If the more classic Kadima is your style, we have that too!

June 12th Hello! It's Sunny again! I'm here to tell you about some new and exciting toys we just got in! I'm happy to announce we have a wonderful selection of outdoor games, including the ever popular Ladder Golf game!!!! If you're looking for croquet, bocce ball or badminton, we've got it!!!  We also just received a shipment of Sophie Giraffe. Sophie has been a favorite teething toy in the French Alps, since the 1960s!!!!! This little giraffe is perfect for the special baby in your life.
